Accident w/ Injuries - Salisbury Maryland

On 8-14-2013 Salisbury Sta.16 was alerted for an accident with injuries at Rt.13 and E. Market St. Engine 161 and Paramedic 16 arrived on location to find a taxi cab into a utility pole and up the guide wire. The driver was able to remove herself from the vehicle before EMS arrived. Paramedic 16 transported one pri-3 patient to Peninsula Regional MedicalCenter for treatment. East Market Street was closed for about an hour so crews could remove the vehicle.
